Dirty Sea Salted Potato Chips – Plain Perfection

Dirty Sea Salted Potato Chips come in the standard word-heavy bag that all Dirty Chips come in.  The front promises a crunchier, tastier potato chip and their Sea Salt variety absolutely delivers on this promise. A plain chip that is perfectly created, Dirty Sea Salted Potato chips, like most of their other varieties we have reviewed, do not disappoint.

Although you can usually find any variety of potato chips n many flavors, it is often the standard chip that needs to set the initial bar before you start throwing all kinds of seasoning on it. Dirty Chips Sea Salted offer a thick, kettle cooked crunch and great potato taste, setting a standard that allows their Cracked Pepper and Sea Salt chips to be so delicious for instance. The sea salt variety have definitely set themselves as an elite chip worthy of being seasoned and in one case so far, we recommend them over seasoned cousin (see Dirty Chips BBQ), though they are also tasty.

A premium brand of chips, Dirty Sea Salted Potato Chips aren’t cheap, but the bag definitely feels full for the money and their great taste also rids us of any doubt in recommending them. Because they are so crunchy and not overly thick, we also thought they were great in a salsa dip, though I loved eating them on their own.

If I had one tiny gripe about them, it would be that they could use slightly more salt, but that varies from person to person and I wasn’t about to be the guy to add salt to potato chips. Regardless of my salt preference however, I still went through the bag in no time and had no regrets afterward.

As we went through this bag we tried our best to find a reason to keep them out of our highest award category but just couldn’t bring ourselves to do it.  Dirty Sea Salted Potato Chips have established themselves as one of the leaders in Kettle cooked chips. They are an absolute Must Munch so go buy a bag and enjoy!
